Brian T. Grier is an attorney with the law firm Gaston Marion, Stubbs, Hunter and Swancy P.A. in Chester, South Carolina. Brian concentrates his practice on assisting clients in the areas of family law, personal injury, social security disability, criminal law,traffic violations, as well as general and civil litigation.

Brian is a former partner of Hamilton, Delleney, Grier, and Cotten, LLC, from 2008 to 2025. He previously served as an Assistant Solicitor in the Sixth Circuit Solicitor’s Office prosecuting juveniles, misdemeanors and felonies. Brian served as the Town Attorney for Fort Lawn and Great Falls from 2008 to 2025. Brian’s clients benefit from his strong work ethic and his determination to see that his client’s; legal concerns are resolved in the most beneficial way.

Brian has been an active member in the community serving as past board member of the Chester YMCA and the Upper Palmetto YMCA Board. He is a current member of the Chester Rotary Club. Brian also currently serves on the Board of Visitors for the University of South Carolina.
